We'll accept returns for any products ordered at EgyptWonder.com upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.

To return a product, please place the unused item in its original condition and packaging, fill out the included return form and use the return label for your return delivery. We regret that we do not refund original or return delivery costs with the return.

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods to obtain a returns number before sending any goods back to us. Any goods sent back without a Returns Number clearly stated on the outside of the Packet/Parcel will be refused. All returned items should be sent insured via recorded delivery to EgyptWonder.com.

Egypt Wonder.com advise you for your own protection to retain your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for packages, which are damaged or lost in transit. EgyptWonder.com requests that goods should be returned in their original sealed packaging where possible, with labels intact. Goods must be unsoiled (This does not affect your statutory rights).

Egypt Wonder.com is entitled to make a charge for damaged or missing items. This may affect the total amount credited to you.

You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us.

Once Egypt Wonder.com receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms) any sum debited to Egypt Wonder.com from your credit card in relation to your order, will be re-credited to that credit card account, as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.

If you feel you have any cause to complain, contact us via one of the following methods. We will respond to all queries and complaints within 5 working days.
